Returns and Exchanges

EPL Soccer Shop grants our customers the right to return or exchange an item in most circumstances, including if you require a different size or different color. In such a case, you can request a refund or exchange by returning the item within 14 days of receipt of the items.

 

Return Conditions

Please note that all returned items must only have been tried on, if applicable, as you would in a retail store and returned in-store and should be returned intact in the original packaging with the original labels attached.

 

Refund/Exchange Process

Once EPL Soccer Shop has received the returned items, you will be sent an email to confirm receipt, and the refund/exchange will be processed.

 

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs for returning or exchanging such items under this section will be covered at EPL Soccer Shop.

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Irrespective of the products you have ordered you have the right to return and receive a refund in the following situations:

• The products you received are materially different from the product displayed on EPL Soccer Shop Site

• The items you received were faulty

 

Return Process for Faulty or Damaged Goods

In these situations, you will be asked to return the products within 14 days of receiving them so the products can be inspected before any refund is issued.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning your items when your items are faulty or damaged will be covered at EPL Soccer Shop discretion.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be offered in the following limited situations:

• If a valid cancellation of order is exercised within the 14-day period

• If the item(s) you received were faulty or damaged

• If you order your product online and you simply wish to return your order within the 14-day period

 

Refund Process

If any of the above situations apply, EPL Soccer Shop will return all payments received from you within 14 days from the day on which notification of your cancellation was received and once all items have been returned. Please note that this does not include any delivery charges, unless specified.

 

Repayment Method

In order to make this repayment, EPL Soccer Shop will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

 

 

Cancellations

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of receiving the products without giving any reason. However, there are some exceptions to this rule, with the right to cancel only applying to goods which are individually worth over $50.

 

Exceptions to Right to Cancel

Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to some products if the packaging has been opened, including undergarments. In these cases, once opened, the right to cancel is waived due to health and hygiene laws. If, however, the product has been opened but is defective, including where you have received the wrong size or where the product doesn’t match the description of the product purchased, it may be returned pursuant to the below return policy.

 

How to Cancel an Order

In order to cancel your order, you must inform EPL Soccer Shop of your decision to cancel by submitting a request via EPL Soccer Shop online return portal within 14 days of receiving your order. This request should contain your contact name and order number. Any cancellation requests made after the 14-day period has expired will be dealt with at EPL Soccer Shop discretion.
